The owner of Filadaki Villas did not come from the hospitality industry, but decided to create a new tourism product and entrust us with its overall commercial development. In fact, our introduction and partnership came through a recommendation from the owner of Arcosolium Suites, who, having already experienced the results of our collaboration in his own business, recommended us to the owner of Filadaki Villas.

From the beginning of our partnership, our focus was on positioning the property correctly in the market, dynamically managing its pricing, strategically selecting the right sales channels and continuously monitoring demand. At the same time, our international commercial activity and presence at 14 international tourism trade shows created additional opportunities for exposure and access to international partners and markets.

The Results

The growth in Filadaki Villas’ revenue and overall turnover enabled the owner to continue investing in tourism. The success of Filadaki became the foundation for the creation of Lithos Suites, while another new hotel project is already being planned for the coming years. In this way, a project that began with an owner who had no previous hospitality experience gradually evolved into a continuously expanding tourism portfolio.
